We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Note that product colors may slightly vary from the images shown on our website due to lighting, screen resolution, photography, or manufacturing variations. Such minor differences are normal and do not qualify as a defect or incorrect item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. We also require a valid reason for the return. Returns are not accepted simply because you changed your mind or no longer wish to keep the jacket.

Before placing an order, we recommend carefully reviewing our size guide. If a sizing issue occurs due to an incorrect size selection, the company will not be held responsible. In such cases, refunds are not applicable; however, we’re happy to help with an exchange, and applicable charges will apply.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

We also do not accept returns for perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To process any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be issued, such as:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use

  • Items not in original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@usajacketstore.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
For size-related exchanges, additional charges will apply.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To start a return, contact us at sales@usajacketstore.com for return instructions, including the return address and label (if applicable).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Returns are processed only after the item is received and inspected

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for higher-value items
